Non-customized items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with certificates intact. Customized, engraved, and personalized pieces are strictly final sale and non-returnable.

Our jewellery is crafted from solid 18K gold (75% pure gold), 925 sterling silver, and medical-grade 316L stainless steel (Steeluxe). All metals are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. Diamonds are available in natural (GIA/IGI certified) and lab-grown (IGI certified) options.
