Measure an Existing Ring Using a Ruler
- Select a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
- Place the ring on a flat surface.
- Align the inside edge of the ring with the 0 cm mark of a ruler.
- Measure the inner diameter in millimetres (mm).
- Compare your measurement with the conversion chart below to find your ring size.
Tip: Measure across the widest point of the inner circle for best accuracy. Example: If the inner diameter of your ring measures 17.3 mm, your UK size is N, US size is 7, and EU size is 54 mm.

Measure Your Finger
- Cut a thin strip of paper.
- Wrap it comfortably around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the paper overlaps.
- Measure the length in millimetres (mm).
