Dian Jewellery ships to customers worldwide from our headquarters in Dubai, UAE. Below are the details of our shipping options, timelines, and associated costs.
UAE Shipping
- Free delivery on all orders over 500 AED within the UAE.
- Free delivery on all orders tagged as Gold Note, regardless of order value.
- Delivery timeline: Next-day delivery within the UAE for in-stock items.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) are typically dispatched the same business day.
International Shipping
- Free international shipping on orders over $2,500 USD.
- Standard international delivery: 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees for orders below $2,500 USD are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
US and UK Express Shipping for Gold Notes
Customers ordering 3 or more Gold Note Souvenirs unlock free express shipping to the United States and United Kingdom:
- Delivery timeline: 3–5 business days.
- Duty-free thresholds: Orders under $800 USD (US) or £135 GBP (UK) are duty-free under applicable de minimis rules.
- Any duties or taxes exceeding these thresholds are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, excluding UAE public holidays.
- Custom and personalized items require production time, which varies by design. Estimated timelines are communicated at the time of order and during the design approval process.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Dian Jewellery is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations.
