- Normal Surface Wear: Micro-scratches, hairline abrasions, and natural dulling of high-polish gold surfaces from everyday contact (complimentary polishing available at boutique).
- Third-Party Alterations: Any piece resized, soldered, engraved, or repaired by any jeweller or workshop outside of Dian Jewellery immediately voids this warranty.
- Lost or Stolen Items: The warranty does not cover misplaced items, theft, or catastrophic loss (we recommend independent jewellery insurance).
