By accessing or using www.dianjewellery.com, or purchasing any goods or services through our Website, you agree to be
legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and any other applicable local or international regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1.Eligibity
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. We reserve
the right to decline or terminate access at our sole discretion if any breach of these Terms occurs.
2.Product Descriptions and Craftsmanship
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted
nature of fine jewelry.
● All weights, sizes, and carat measurements are approximate.
● Gemstones and diamonds are natural unless otherwise specified.
● Certification will be provided when applicable (e.g., GIA, IGI).
3.Pricing and Payment
● Prices are listed in AED, inclusive of 5% VAT.
● Prices may fluctuate based on market gold rates.
● We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and other approved payment gateways.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
4.Order Acceptance and Verification
● Orders are accepted upon payment confirmation.
● For orders exceeding AED 10,000 or for international delivery, we may require ID verification and/or payment confirmation.
● We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or hold any order at our sole discretion.
Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse of return privileges will be reported to UAE authorities under Federal Decree Law No. (31) of 2021 (Penal Code) and UAE Cybercrime Law.
5.Shipping & Delivery
● Domestic shipping is available across the UAE via trusted courier services.
● International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
● We do not ship to countries embargoed by the UAE or where jewelry importation is prohibited.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. DIAN is not liable for courier delays, customs inspection delays, or force majeure events.
6.Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Refer to our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:
● Customized and engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
● All returns must be approved in writing and sent to Office 103, 1st Floor, Building 4, The Gold and Diamond Park, Dubai, UAE.
● Unauthorised or cash-on-delivery returns will be refused.
7.Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product images, and original content on this Website are the intellectual property of Shantilal Jewellers LLC. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited and may result in prosecution under UAE Copyright Law.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
● DIAN shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
● Liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion).
● We are not liable for losses due to user misuse, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
9.Force Majeure
We are not responsible for non-performance or delay caused by acts beyond our control, including pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
10.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the Federal Laws of the UAE and Dubai Civil and Commercial Code. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
