Every order is meticulously prepared, handled under strict chain-of-custody protocols, packaged in discreet luxury presentation boxes, and transported via trusted global courier networks with full transit insurance.

This Shipping Policy outlines delivery options, transit timelines, domestic and international shipping rates, and customs guidelines for orders placed on dianjewellery.com.

We provide prompt, secure delivery across all seven Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah):

• Free UAE Shipping Over AED 500: All orders of AED 500 or more qualify for complimentary express delivery across the UAE. For orders below AED 500, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies.
• Free Shipping on ALL Gold Notes: Every order containing one or more 24K Gold Note Souvenirs automatically unlocks 100% free delivery within the UAE, regardless of the cart total.
• Transit Timelines: UAE orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST qualify for next business day delivery in Dubai.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms: Cash on Delivery is available for domestic UAE orders up to a maximum value of AED 5,000. COD orders require WhatsApp or telephone confirmation before dispatch. Due to security protocols, orders exceeding AED 5,000 must be prepaid online via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.

• Ready for Pickup: In-stock items are typically prepared within 2 to 4 business hours. You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification once your piece is ready.
• Collection Requirements: For your security, please present your order confirmation email and a valid original government-issued photo ID (Emirates ID or Passport). If an authorized representative collects on your behalf, written advance notice and copies of both IDs are mandatory.

• Buy 3+ Gold Notes for FREE Express Shipping: Ordering 3 or more Gold Note Souvenirs automatically triggers complimentary DHL Express shipping (3–5 business days) to US and UK delivery addresses.
• United States Duty-Free Exemption (De Minimis): Under Section 321 of the US Tariff Act, orders entering the United States with an aggregate value under $800 USD are free of US customs duty and formal customs filing.
• United Kingdom Duty Thresholds: For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, shipments valued up to £135 GBP enter without customs duty charges (standard UK import VAT is handled in accordance with HMRC cross-border trade guidelines).
• Shipments exceeding these values are cleared through local customs authorities, and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

All international orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates are dispatched on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis:

• Buyer Responsibility: International product prices and checkout totals do not include destination import duties, foreign value-added taxes (VAT/GST), or local customs clearance brokerage charges.
• Payment to Local Authorities: If customs tariffs or clearance fees apply in your destination country, the courier (DHL or FedEx) will contact the recipient directly prior to final delivery to arrange payment on behalf of local border and tax authorities.
• Refusal of Shipment: If an international recipient refuses to pay assessed customs duties or rejects delivery, the shipment will be returned to DIAN Jewellery. In such instances, all round-trip international shipping costs, customs penalties, and carrier return handling surcharges will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Processing and manufacturing schedules depend on whether an item is in-stock or custom-crafted:

• Ready-to-Ship Fine Jewellery & 24K Gold Notes: Dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation and identity verification.
• Personalised Name Necklaces & Arabic Calligraphy Jewellery: Handcrafted to order within 5–10 business days following client approval of the digital CAD render preview.
• Bespoke Engagement Rings & Custom Creations: Individualized production schedules (typically 10–18 business days) are established during the 3D design and gemological selection consultation.

To protect your purchase against transit risks:

• Discreet Outer Packaging: External courier packaging contains no logos, luxury indicators, or references to "jewellery" or "gold" to deter tampering and theft during handling.
• Full Transit Insurance: Every outbound parcel is 100% insured by DIAN Jewellery until the moment of signed courier delivery.
• Adult Signature & ID Verification: High-value consignments (exceeding AED 10,000 or featuring certified diamond solitaires) require an adult signature upon delivery. Couriers will not leave parcels unattended or with unauthorized parties.

Clients must examine parcels immediately upon delivery:

• In the unlikely event that an outer parcel arrives crushed, visibly opened, or tampered with, note this explicitly with the courier delivery driver upon signing.
• You must notify DIAN Jewellery within 48 hours of courier delivery by contacting our concierge via WhatsApp at +971 58 534 7991 or emailing care@dianjewellery.com.
• Please submit clear, uncropped photographic and video documentation showing the external courier label, packaging box condition, and the interior contents.
• Reports submitted after 48 hours cannot be covered under carrier transit insurance and will be handled at DIAN Jewellery’s sole discretion.
