This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with DIAN Jewelry—a registered brand under Shantilal Jewellers LLC—are processed, delivered, and managed both within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and internationally.

By placing an order through www.dianjewellery.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following:

●    UAE-wide: All Emirates, using trusted courier partners
●    International: Selected countries in the GCC, Asia, Europe, and North America
❗ For international delivery availability, customers may contact us in advance before placing a high-value order.

2.Order Processing Time

●    Ready-to-Ship Products: 1–3 business days
●    Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: 5–21 business days, depending on complexity
●    Bespoke Orders: Custom timelines will be shared during the design process

Processing begins after payment confirmation and (if applicable) ID or fraud verification is complete.

3.Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout. Promotions like “Free UAE Shipping” may apply occasionally.

4.Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive:

●    A tracking number via email/WhatsApp
●    Real-time tracking updates from the courier

If you do not receive your tracking
information within 3 days of order dispatch, please contact care@dianjewellery.com.

5.Delivery Timelines

Please note these are estimated timelines. Delays may occur
due to:

●   Public holidays
●    Peak seasons (Eid, Christmas, Diwali)
●    Custom inspections or unforeseen courier disruptions

6.International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries:

●    Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in product prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
●    DIAN Jewelry is not responsible for delays or fees incurred during customs clearance.

We advise customers to check their
country’s import rules before placing an order.

7.High-Value Shipment Policy

For orders above AED 10,000 or containing diamond-studded
products
, we may:

●    Request customer ID verification
●    Offer insured delivery only
●    Require signature on delivery

We reserve the right to delay shipment
until identity verification is complete, especially for international high-risk
zones.

8.Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery cannot be completed
due to:

●    Incorrect or incomplete address
●    Unavailability of recipient
●    Refusal to accept the shipment

The order will be returned to us.
Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

9.Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take utmost care, if your shipment is lost or damaged:

●    File a complaint with us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
●    For confirmed courier-related damages, we will initiate a claim process
●    Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion once the claim is resolved
