In 1945, Shantilal Chatrabhuj Sagar embarked on a daring journey across the Arabian Sea, reaching the Arabian Peninsula. In 1969, he made a bold choice to settle in the UAE, a nation yet to be formed when he arrived from Bahrain, pioneering the beginning of a golden legacy in the region.

Shantilal Jewellers was established in November 1969 in Dubai, even before the formation of the United Arab Emirates. The company began with a small gold jewellery retail showroom in what is now known as the Gold Souk in Dubai. Today, we are one of the oldest jewellery companies in Dubai.
